Annual Geneeral Meetings are held for the Saskatchewan Triathlon Association Corporation (STAC)every spring. The Annual General Meeting of the members of the Saskatchewan Triathlon Association Corporation will consist of:
(a) hear and receive reports from the directors;
(b) receive the finanical statements and the auditors report;
(c) appoint an auditor for the following year;
(d) hold elections of directors and officers;
(e) transact other business properly brought before the meeting;
(f) approve the affiliation and per capita fees for the upcoming season.
