Hey just an update. We swam yesterday morning 5400m LC. 8x300 draft set it was probably one of the top three hardest swims ever. I swam with josh and JP. For biking we did gates pass three times. first one was a TT. I went 8:29. . Riley beat everyone at 8:08. It was really hard but fun. After that i ran into brad clifford and we rode with him for a bit. We did 8x200 on the track on 1:30. We held 30-31. Overall very hard day but finally i am used to the weather. Joel
