Things are going good here. We've been swimming in the pool everyday so far but tomorrow we are going to go open water. We have to stay in this enclosed area, however, because there are lots of sharks in the harbor. I guess we have to swim there for the race though, so I hope I survive! Today we just had a swim and run in the morning and then the rest of the day off. We went for lunch and then shopping. I'm having a lot of fun with everyone. They're all really nice and I really feel like part of a team. I wrote this triathlon story for a contest that worlds is having .  I wish you could all be here, but I know you're here in spirit.
