Hi everyone!

So today we did our first open water swim. It was in an enclosed area with shark nets surrounding us. We didn't see any sharks but we did see some pretty big jumping fish. Yesterday we had a lot of fun doing some creative filming. The videos are starring Ian Donald from Ontario so check out his blog on facebook if you want a laugh. We have a pretty relaxed day and we have a team dinner later. I checked out the bike course. The roads are super smooth (none of the Saskatchewan potholes). It's four loops and very technical. The swim is a triangle from a beach start. Tomorrow I believe we're going for a run through a park where we might see some Kangaroos:) I'm pretty exited!
