What is Kids of Steel?

Are you between the ages of 7 to 16?

Can you swim, ride a bike and enjoy to run?

Then, a Kids of Steel Triathlon may be for you!

Kids of Steel triathlons are designed to offer kids and young adults the opportunity to experience the sport of triathlon in a positive environment.  The distances are much shorter than those in adult triathlons, and change as participants mature.  Most kids are fit enough to finish a KOS triathlon successfully and have fun at the same time.

Kids of Steel races offer families a chance to travel within their own province.  The kids develop some great friendships and have a lot of fun in the process.  The sport of triathlon offers a healthy lifestyle for families, lots of fresh air and activity.  Many KOS races are held together with an adult race and so the entire family can be involved.

All KOS races are run by individual race directors through out the province..  At Saskatchewan Kids of Steel triathlons, you will find that the kids may receive a race t-shirt, draw prizes, medals, and lots of food.

In Saskatchewan, you will find races all over the province. Such as in Saskatoon, Regina, Prince Albert, North Battleford and Meadow Lake.  Take a look at the race calendar and see what races you might be interested in.

"Tri" out a Kids of Steel triathlon this season.
