1.1 Function of the Policy Manual
The Policy Manual is designed to provide the Board of Directors and Committee members with a simple and concise explanation of the policies and procedures that govern, the Saskatchewan Triathlon Association Corporation. The ultimate objective behind developing the manual is to promote better communication within the Saskatchewan Triathlon Association Corporation through a clear definition of all policies and procedures relating to its functions.
The Secretary of the Saskatchewan Triathlon Association Corporation will, under the direction of the Board of Directors, be responsible for the update and maintenance of the Policy Manual. An AD HOC Committee has been established to address these issues.
