The Saskatchewan Triathlon Corporation Association Corp. Inc. "STAC" is committed to preserving and safeguarding your right to privacy. As part of this commitment, we want you to be fully aware of what happens to the personal information we collect through your use of the STAC website located at www.triathlonsaskatchewan.org (the "Website"). Accordingly, this Privacy Policy sets out the manner in which we will collect, use, disclose and otherwise manage your personal information.
Use of Information
Address mailing lists are kept confidential as per Sasksport funding requirements. Demographic information (address, age and gender) is kept for reporting of demographic information to Sasksport as far as membership. It is also used in tabulation of race point series results and age groups for races. Address information also enables the STAC Board of Directors to mail or email provincial triathlon newsletters or other documents informing the membership of the association's activities.
Disclosure of Information
STAC does not provide your personal information to any third parties. Your name and STAC number and expiration date is provided on this website to verify your status as a STAC member, and provide yourself and race directors with your STAC number.
Protection of Your Information
STAC does it's best to secure your information. The information we receive from or about you is stored on systems designed to prevent their loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Any sensitive information sent to us (e.g., credit card numbers, account passwords) are sent via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This encryption helps to protect your information. STAC never stores your credit card information.

STAC has a strict no harrasement policy. If you feel that you have been harrased in any way in regards to your participation in the sport of triathlon in Saskatchewan please feel free to contact one of our harrasement officers regarding your complaint.
